Fix My Spreadsheet ("we," "us") is operated by Jeremy Schilling. This policy explains what we collect when you use fixmyspreadsheet.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us: your email address, the spreadsheet file you upload, your description of the problem, and anything else you choose to share.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- How you found us: the ad campaign or link that brought you to the site (for example, UTM parameters), the page you landed on, and basic technical data such as browser type.
- Live calls: if you book a call, the details you give when scheduling. We do not record calls unless you agree to it first.
How we use it
- To review your file, quote the job, do the work, and deliver it to you
- To email you about your request, including quotes, payment links, and delivery
- To process payments and handle refunds
- To measure which ads and pages work, so we can improve them
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your files or data to train AI models.
Your files
Your spreadsheet is used only to solve the problem you asked about. We delete uploaded files and our working copies within 7 days of delivery, or sooner if you ask. If you don't go ahead with the job, we delete your file within 7 days of the quote. A signed NDA is available on request before you send anything.
We may use software tools to help with the work, including AI assistants. We only use tools configured so that your data is not used to train their models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Form and file hosting (to receive your upload)
- Stripe (payments)
- Email and scheduling providers (to communicate with you and book calls)
- Automation and spreadsheet tools such as Zapier and Google Sheets (to track requests internally)
- Advertising and analytics platforms (aggregated ad performance data)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
The site may use cookies or similar technologies from advertising and analytics providers to measure ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Retention
Files are deleted as described above. We keep basic records, such as your email address, the job description, and payment records, for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and customer support.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing help@fixmyspreadsheet.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we will honor them.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
